First of all broadening their emotional dispositions made establishing close emotional contact with clients, patients and members of their families easier. The participants broaden the ability to formulate multi-factor, system diagnosis as well as programming and realization of a specific individual corrective method. They learned how to use themselves in a flexible way, they learned to undertake different roles and establish various relations. They function more flexibly in difficult and new situations. They are more ready to look for and take on unconventional ways of behavior that fit better to dynamically developing situation or relation with clients. The participants acquire the ability to teamwork and team supervising. By widening their knowledge on group processes they became better prepared to work with counterculture groups.
Except increase of knowledge, broadening the scope of work methods, many participants after finishing the curse, or sometimes even during the course, started new activities or started innovative psycho-preventive, therapeutic or re-socializing programs in their local communities. The graduates organize local support groups for both professionals and volunteers. They often work outside of the budget sphere and form their own non-government organizations. They acquire means by themselves. They also organize new programs, teams and centers.

SUPPORTING THE PROGRAMS CARRIED OUT BY OTHER TEAMS

Our Society cooperates with many professional teams working in all of the country. It supports the teams, that carry out psycho-prevention, care and therapeutic or re-socializing programs. Many teams systematically train their staff in our training center. They make use of our experience, work out procedures and professional standards. Their employees come for study or practice visits in our centers or the centers that we supervise. It often happens that these teams or their leaders consult their programs or difficulties with our supervisors. The supervisors from our Society carry out on regular basis supervision meetings for five teams from the whole country. The Society recommends and certifies its graduates as far as their qualifications and professional skills gained are concerned.
